This paper tube is a all-cardboard packaging,each tube has a fitted free moving cardboard disc at the bottom which pushes upwards to dispense the product.

Various sizes and formats available from 0.17oz (5g) and 3oz (85g).It is widely used directly in lipstick, body balm and other oil-based solids.

The short cap style is more stronger because the base is taller which makes it long double inner tube,the long cap style you can print more information on inner tube.

The inside liner material performance

After 8 years of testing, we have found that our current grease-proof paper liner is the best material for our products. It does not contain any plastic and has proven to be effective in providing oil resistance. We have previously used aluminum liners, wax paper, PE liners, and now the grease-proof liner for the past 6 years. This liner has been successful in products such as sun protect product, deodorants, moisture balms, foot balms, and pet skin care products.

In some cases, products with minimal oily substances may initially be difficult to push up. However, there are solutions to address this issue, and we would be happy to provide further details if you are interested. Additionally, we recommend testing different filling temperatures to find the optimal temperature that prevents the formula from sticking to the paper.

The outer surface

By coating a BOPP film (plastic) on the outer surface, our product becomes water-resistant, allowing for easy cleaning with a wet paper. However, if you prefer to avoid using any plastic film, we can apply a watery varnish on the surface. This varnish provides protection for the printing and makes the surface water and oil repellent. It’s important to note that as it is paper without a plastic film on the surface, it may be susceptible to staining if exposed to excessive oil. This approach has been widely adopted globally, and we encourage you to test our samples to determine if this solution aligns with your and your clients’ acceptance criteria.

This paper tube packaging can replace most plastic containers because it is oil-proof and waterproof, and can be filled directly with liquid products as long as it can cool and solidify.
The size of this paper tube can be customized and any design can be printed. The minimum order quantity is small, suitable for most brands to try new products.

Application:

Remove cap and push up bottom disc to dispense product. Gently press the product with your finger to return the product back for storage,we design the cap is higher so you can just close the cap directly to store the product also. Recommended filling temperature is between 40° C to 60° C. Product must solidify after filling or before filling. Tubes will not work with liquids or creams. We recommend you test your product with a few samples before committing to a larger quantity. Grease-proof lining may not work with all product formulations or fill temperatures but it works for most oil-based products.
