This paper tube is a all-cardboard packaging,each tube has a fitted free moving cardboard disc at the bottom which pushes upwards to dispense the product.

Various sizes and formats available from 0.17oz (5g) and 3oz (85g).It is widely used directly in lipstick, body balm and other oil-based solids.

The structure of push up paper tubes:

The short cap style is more stronger because the base is taller which makes it long double inner tube,the long cap style you can print more information on inner tube.

The inside liner material performance

The current inside liner we use is the grease proof paper which not contains any plastic.It's the best material for now after 8 years testing.We use aluminum liner in 2014 and later we changed to wax paper,then PE liner,and last the grease proof liner we're using for now.We have been used this paper for 6 years and it performs very well in oil proof and it's used for sun protect product,deodorant,moisture balm,foot balm,pet skin care product...

If the product ingredients contain very little oily substances,it may happen hard to push up at the first time.There are several solutions to solve if it is hard to push,if you're interest,I will tell you more.

But please test different filling temperature and you may find a best filling temperature,so that the formula won't stick to the paper.

The outer surface

If coating a BOPP film(plastic) outside the surface,it's water resistant and people can clean the surface with wet paper.

if you don't want any plastic film outside,we will make a watery varnish on the surface,it can protect the printing and it's water/oil repellent.But after all,it's paper and no plastic film outside the surface,it will get stains if there are too much oil.It has been worldwide use already and people accept how it is,please test with our samples if you and your clients can accept.

Composition:

● You can choose virgin paper or recycled paper
● The composition of paper is more than 95%
● Glues and adhesives comply with FDA requirements and are all water-based glues, not hot melt glues.
● The inner lining is special grease-proof paper, which can effectively block the transfer of oily components in the paste.

Application:

Remove the cap and push up the bottom disc to dispense the product. Gently press the product with your finger to return it for storage. The cap is designed to be higher so you can simply close it to store the product. We recommend filling the product at a temperature between 40°C to 60°C. Please note that the tubes are not suitable for liquids or creams. We advise testing your product with a few samples before committing to a larger quantity. While the grease-proof lining may not be compatible with all product formulations or fill temperatures, it is suitable for most oil-based products.
