This paper tube is a all-cardboard packaging,each tube has a fitted free moving cardboard disc at the bottom which pushes upwards to dispense the product.
Various sizes and formats available from 0.17oz (5g) and 3oz (85g). It is widely used directly in lipstick, body balm and other oil-based solids.

Application:
- Remove cap and push up bottom disc to dispense product. Gently press the product with your finger to return the product back for storage,we design the cap is higher so you can just close the cap directly to store the product also. Recommended filling temperature is between 40° C to 60° C. Product must solidify after filling or before filling. Tubes will not work with liquids or creams. We recommend you test your product with a few samples before committing to a larger quantity. Grease-proof lining may not work with all product formulations or fill temperatures but it works for most oil-based products.

Q: What’s the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: Since all our products are 100% customized, 100% custom paper tubes have 1000 pcs suggested minimum order quantity. We have done smaller orders, but we find they’re not very cost-effective at lower runs. Let us know what you’re thinking and we can guide you in the right direction.
Q: Do you have stock products to sell?
A: No, we work on OEM orders. Each product we do is custom.

A: Yes, we provide free design service, structural design, and easy graphic design according to your requirements.
Q: Can we have our logo or company information on your products or package?

Q: How long can I get this sample?
A: After receiving the sample charge and all the material & design being confirmed, the sample time is 3-7 days and Express delivery usually needs around 3-6 days.

A: Normally 20-35 days after confirmation of the order.
Q: What is your terms of delivery?
A: We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost-effective for you.
Q: How can I get a quotation?
A: You should determine the following matters:
1. The packaging pattern(If you don’t know please ask us for advice).
2. The size of the product (Length*Width*Height).
3. The material and surface handing.
4. The printing colors(Pantone or CMYK).
